Greetings, Good Gentles!  Thank you for inquiring about Southern Crusades XI!

Come join us November 12-16, 2009 at Winkelman Flats Park in Winkelman, Arizona to celebrate the gallantry and glory of the time period!  The event stewards are working hard to put together this event and have activities to satisfy all.  This is our 11th annual Southern Crusades wherein the Baronies of  Tir Ysgithr and Mons Tonitrus come together as the defenders of the Southern borders of the Kingdom.  Our War comes shortly after reaching the treaty for Estrella War and the scenarios shall help us prepare to defend these glorious lands of Atenveldt in February.

Whether you are a fighter, a bard, an archer, a cook, an artisan, a youth, a child, a dancer, a drummer, a chandler, a baker, a candlestick maker…Southern Crusades will have a little bit of something for everyone to do. There will also be a newcomer’s encampment open to anyone who is interested.

Site fees have been reduced this year!

Adult members                       $25.00    

Adult non-members                $28.00  (includes non-member surcharge of $3.00)

Youth ages 5 thru 17              $  8.00

Pre-registration by ACCEPS (last day to pre-reg is October 25th):

            Adult members                       $20.00  (Savings of $5.00)

            Adult non-members                $23.00

            Family cap                             $55.00

The family cap—available only for those who pre-register on ACCEPS—is $55.  To be eligible for the family cap, all registrants in the family must be living at the same physical address and include no more than two adults and any number of their children.  Non-member surcharge of $3.00 per adult may apply.  Verification of status will be confirmed at the gate.

Thursday, Nov 12, 8:00 a.m. for pre-registered attendees only; 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for general admission.

Friday, Nov 13, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 14, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

***AFTER HOURS ENTRY is only permitted for pre-registered attendees.

REFUNDS: Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked or E-mailed to the War Exchequer at: registration@southerncrusades.org This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by November 1, 2009.  Refund requests must include the same information submitted on the pre-registration form. There is a $5.00 processing fee per refund request. Refunds are not guaranteed after the November 1, 2009 deadline. Refund requests received after that date will be reviewed and evaluated by the Southern Crusades Financial committee on a case-by-case basis.
